Director Genevieve Davis uncovers the crash and burn in crime of her own Grandmother, as a young mother in Gangland Chicago. Davis follows her Grandmother’s trail over a period of 30 years, ending in no-man’s land northern Wisconsin in the Great Depression, and the shady Hollywood Hotel, which she ran until her death under mysterious circumstances. The film was shot in Chicago and Wisconsin.
